Scrum masters and audio engineers use similar signal-driven decision-making process:
AE: goes to the new band or place (e.g. stadium, arena, studio)
SM: goes to the new team or environment (e.g. company, division, room)
AE: has some audio console presets which define an initial quality of a sound
SM: has some predefined metrics/indicators which define an initial agility level of a team
AE: by listening carefully she modifies signals to produce the high-quality output signals
SM: by observing carefully she modifies feedback to produce the high-performing team.
